We assess their readiness, strengthen their AI literacy and internal capacity, and provide a community and structured environment for experimentation, prototyping, and learning. We then match them with mission-aligned pro bono technology partners and support the collaboration end-to-end — ensuring that AI solutions are needs-based, responsibly developed, and designed to measurably multiply real-world impact.

The Holistic AI Enablement Model (HAIEM) is the strategic engine behind TTTR. Built on insights from partnering with over 2,000 nonprofits since 2020—and shaped by the real barriers and breakthrough opportunities they face—HAIEM is designed to unlock true SIO impact multiplication.

Holistic - we design programs that tackle a variety of SIO needs and employ an ecosystem approach to secure resources needed for them to scale their impact with AI.
AI - We focus on AI as a technology with biggest impact multiplication potential. We enable AI solutions and transformations that are responsible, ethical and sustainable.
Enablement - means creating opportunities for and engaging SIOs in programs and initiatives that are tailored for their AI maturity and that drive toward scaling impact.
