We match software, AI and data companies with vetted nonprofits for scoped pro bono projects. A matching manager works with you from the first call to handover. Your team grows by solving real problems for real users, and leaves with work it can show.

Social impact is where it starts for most partners. Three things keep them coming back.
Explore new domains and new stacks, with real users who need the result. Learnsoft, our tech partner in Nairobi, took on a new market and a new stack, building a mobile payments platform for a savings cooperative in Uganda that scales with its members, from 10 to 10,000 transactions an hour.
Commercial clients sign NDAs. Nonprofits want the work seen. 300.codes, a software house from Warsaw, built a website for Forest Forever Foundation that won four awards and is now one of the showcase projects in its sales pitches.
Sahaj, a tech consultancy from India, started with a pro bono project for FICA. FICA then secured funding for the next phase, which Sahaj now delivers at a discounted rate. We make sure the first project is one you would want to be known for.
Two projects from our programmes, and the teams who built them.
Brazil Flying Labs built a web app for the Forest Foundation in São Paulo. Conservation managers pick an area and a date range and get a burn severity map within minutes, from satellite images refreshed every five days. The project started in our 2024 AI Bootcamp, and Rhea AI, a company from our network, built the front end.

Over 22,000 teachers across the UK use Reboot the Future's platform to bring sustainability and values-led education into their classrooms. But with a library of 1,600+ resources growing faster than a small team could manage, finding the right content was slow and inconsistent.

This works best for:
Most projects take:
“The matching managers are the human in the loop, and that’s what sets Tech To The Rescue apart. With other platforms we only had conversations. Here, we’ve delivered real projects.”
Rahul Poddar, Cofounder, Impactyaan

“When we approached nonprofits directly, they were suspicious about what we wanted from them. Tech To The Rescue makes the collaboration legitimate for both sides. It’s a reliable connector I can always count on.”
Kuba Luty, CEO, Adchitects

“Most of our work comes through larger partners, under their name or behind NDAs. Our Tech To The Rescue project was the first we built entirely ourselves and could publish on our own website. Being able to show real work is essential for our business.”
Andrey Tatarenko, Founder, 26bitz

“For us it was a sandbox, a place to experiment, learn and see conditions on the ground we’d never worked in. Instead of hunting for a pilot partner, we had a catalogue of organisations looking to solve real problems.”
Paul Fervoy, Siftia

“We’ve delivered projects for Malaysia, the UK and Uganda without leaving our desks. If you want to travel without moving, Tech To The Rescue is the organisation to join.”
Diana Okado, Revolution Analytics

“Through Tech To The Rescue we turned several small engagements into larger, long term relationships. We proved our value first, then kept innovating with those nonprofits.”
Michael Victor, Commutatus

Most partners weighed it against billable work before saying yes, and some had to champion it with their engineering lead or management team. What won the case was a clearly scoped project, built on the team's experience, with hours they could plan around client work.
